Eaten The Ahi Tuna Burger At Gott's Roadside
"If you ever want to eat a tuna sandwich again, don't go to a tuna factory. I visited one where they had two lines: one was the human food line and one was the cat food line - and they didn't look any different."

This morning, I headed to the Ferry Building to visit the Farmer's Market and look at all the delicious foods available there.
I was also on a mission to go to Gott's Roadside. I arrived at the market early, so it wasn't quite open yet.
Once the place opened, I got to see where the eating area. It had several long tables and a counter for people to sit at.
I came to try the Ahi Tuna Burger. This sandwich is a five ounce piece of fresh Ahi tuna seared rare with ginger wasabi mayo and Asian slaw on a toasted egg bun. This item is also on the 7x7 Big Eat List.
This was a very good sandwich. The combination of all the ingredients really went well together, but most importantly, the fish was cooked perfectly. This makes all the difference. I am usually scared when places serve fish because it might be overcooked when I get it, but this wasn't the case at all. It was exactly the way I like it.
I will definitely get this again and I think if you like seared tuna, you should try it too.
