John Huston and Humphrey Bogart make movie magic again with this action drama film about three men prospecting for gold in Mexico in the early 1900's. It's Stanley Kubrick's 4th favorite movie and also #30 on the AFI 100 List.

This film stars Humphrey Bogart as Fred C. Dobbs, a man down on his luck in a small Mexican town.

I really enjoyed this film. It was suspenseful, and the characters were interesting. They faced several adversities in their journey, including bandits, another would-be prospector, and each other. I love stories like this with multiple conflicts where the characters really compliment one another. If you haven't seen this, I highly recommend this film.
