Done Weighted Push-Ups

This workout came up on the
CrossFit main site on July 20th. I thought it would fun to try it. It was one rep max weighted push-ups:

Weighted push-up 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps

I thought this was a workout worth giving a shot. I did a wide variety of weights from 35 pounds to a very unconventional, odd-shaped 125 pounds.


Luckily, I have friends to put the weights on my back. This is a workout you simply cannot do alone. I was happy with the results because I went all the way down to the ground on the push-up with my chest touching the floor.

I definitely want to try this again. Next time I'll be able to do that push-up with Jeremiah on my back.
